Accessibility statement
Using the Blue Titan website, reporting an accessibility barrier and requesting information in another format.
We aim to make our website accessible and inclusive, including for people with disabilities. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA; a complete accessibility audit has not yet been carried out, so conformance has not been established.
Scope and accessibility target
This statement covers the Blue Titan corporate website, including information about the Intelligence Platform, services, research and enquiries. It does not assess the operational platform or external websites.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our target for improving accessibility.
Features that support access
- A skip link to the main content, consistent navigation and a visible indication of the current page.
- Visible keyboard-focus indicators and expandable sections using native HTML controls.
- Responsive layouts, resizable text and text alternatives for informative images.
- A control to pause the supplier banner and show all entries together.
- Reduced-motion support for the supplier banner and heading animations.
- Email and telephone contact options without an embedded form.
You can use your browser’s zoom and text settings. Please tell us if an adjustment makes content difficult to read or use.
Assessment status and limitations
The website has received implementation checks covering local links, page headings, document structure and JavaScript syntax. These checks do not establish accessibility conformance.
A complete assessment of screen-reader use, keyboard journeys, contrast, magnification, text resizing and behaviour across browsers and mobile devices remains outstanding.
External websites have their own accessibility arrangements. If an external service prevents you from reaching information relevant to our work, contact us so we can discuss an alternative.
Requesting information in another format

In line with our commitment to accessibility and inclusive use, we will discuss a suitable way to provide the information. Contact hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, UK local time.
Reporting an accessibility problem
Email enquiries@blue-titan.co.uk with the subject “Website accessibility”. Where possible, include:
- The page address and what you were trying to do.
- The difficulty you encountered.
- Your browser, device and any assistive technology relevant to the issue.
- How you would prefer us to respond.
We will review the report and discuss next steps or an alternative way to access the information. If you are dissatisfied with the response, ask for the matter to be reviewed by company management.

This statement was prepared on 27 September 2026 using a review of the website’s source and available implementation checks. It will be updated following further accessibility testing and material changes to the website.
